Who We Are

PC Butlers is a local game store based at 40 Covina Street, Laguna Bel Air 1, Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines, selling Magic: The Gathering singles, sealed product, board games, and accessories, and buying cards from customers.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order.

Orders & Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock or priced in error).
• Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (₱) and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
• Online payments are processed securely through our payment partner (PayMongo). We do not store your full card details.
• Store credit, when issued, may be used toward future purchases subject to any conditions shown at checkout.

Shipping & Pickup

Orders may be shipped via courier or picked up in-store, as selected at checkout. See our Shipping & Pickup page for timelines and details. Risk of loss for shipped items passes to the courier per their own terms; contact us if a shipment arrives damaged or doesn't arrive.

Selling Cards to Us (Buylist)

• Buylist offers shown on the site are estimates based on the condition you select when building your sell-list. Final pricing is confirmed after our team verifies the cards on arrival.
• If a card's actual condition differs from what was submitted, we'll contact you with an adjusted offer before completing the transaction.
• You confirm that any cards you sell to us are genuine and that you have the right to sell them.

Acceptable Use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, or attempt to scrape or automate access without our permission
• Submit fraudulent orders, payments, or buylist items
• Use the site to sell or attempt to sell counterfeit or misrepresented product

Intellectual Property

Card names, images, and expansion symbols shown on this site are the property of Wizards of the Coast and other respective rights holders, used here for identification purposes. All other site content — including our branding, layout, and original text — belongs to PC Butlers unless otherwise noted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PC Butlers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your transactions with us. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date above reflecting the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
