Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the Philippines via J&T Express (₱100 flat rate) or LBC (₱150 flat rate). You can also book your own rider or courier and coordinate pickup with us directly. Those flat rates cover cards — non-card items may add a small weight-based fee on top depending on the courier, calculated automatically at checkout. See Shipping & Pickup for details.
Can I insure my shipment?
Yes — some couriers offer optional shipping insurance at checkout once your order is over a certain amount, a percentage of your order's merchandise subtotal (the rate and minimum depend on which courier you pick). It's entirely optional: the checkbox is unchecked by default, and it's only added to your order if you choose to check it yourself.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Absolutely, and it's free. Choose Store Pickup at checkout and we'll have your order ready once payment is confirmed. Our address and map are on the Contact Us page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash and bank transfer (BDO / BPI). Orders are packed and shipped once payment is confirmed.
How are your singles graded?
Every single is inspected and graded on the standard condition scale, from Near Mint down to Heavily Played, before it's listed. The condition shown on the product page is what you'll receive.
Can I return a card or sealed product?
Sealed product can be returned unopened within 7 days of pickup or delivery. Singles sales are final, but if an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Full details are on our Return Policies page.
Do you buy or trade cards?
